Discipline in dialogo alla “Terza Giornata Interculturale Bicocca”: sguardi incrociati su ricerche pedagogiche e linguistiche

The "Third intercultural Day" as well as the first two (in 2002 and 2004) is a conference that enabled the sharing of research that contribute to the training of the intercultural thought in education. The conference was aimed primarily to teachers, educators, students of educational sciences. The task of pedagogical reflection is to research and learn about the best practices found in various areas of knowledge, which may contribute to the training of the intercultural thinking. There is a real communicative difficulties that may occur at school between parents and teachers. This is a problem not only of language, has its origin in the different life experiences and cultures of education to which foreign parents refer to it. However, the intercultural thought in education leads to trust that the educational system can actually communicate and interact well with the multicultural society, with different languages and cultures that come with good reason inside. In education to think and act according to the principles of intercultural pedagogy means placed in a perspective of social justice, recognition of rights, development of individual skills, enhancement of the individual as different as their backgrounds.La “Terza Giornata interculturale”, così come le prime due (nel 2002 e nel 2004) ha consentito la condivisione di ricerche che concorrono alla formazione del pensiero interculturale in educazione; era rivolta principalmente a insegnanti, educatori, studenti di scienze della formazione. Compito della riflessione pedagogica è ricercare e conoscere le buone pratiche presenti in vari ambiti del sapere, che possono contribuire alla formazione del pensiero interculturale. C’è una difficoltà comunicativa reale che si può verificare a scuola fra genitori e insegnanti: è una difficoltà non solo linguistica, trova origine nelle diverse esperienze di vita e nelle culture dell’educazione a cui i genitori stranieri fanno riferimento. Tuttavia, il pensiero interculturale in educazione induce ad aver fiducia che il sistema dell’istruzione possa realmente comunicare e interagire al meglio con la società multiculturale, con le lingue e le culture diverse che entrano a buon diritto al suo interno. In educazione pensare e agire secondo i principi della pedagogia interculturale significa collocarsi in una prospettiva di giustizia sociale, di riconoscimento dei diritti, di sviluppo delle capacità individuali, di valorizzazione dei singoli per quanto diverse siano le loro provenienze
